25. Kennedy Space Center- Cost: $$$-$$$$

We know that this isn’t the cheapest option of this article. But this is still a must do for any local or guest visiting the Space Coast. This massive complex can keep you and your family occupied for the entire day with its variety of activities. From interactive games, space launch rides, and historical reference. We always recommend taking the bus tour to see the VAB, the Vehicle Assembly Building and the chance to see the crawler moving to or from the launch pad with the booster on top. We highly recommend allocating at least a half day to capitalize on all of the opportunities here. 

24. Route 7 Adrenaline Warehouse– Rockledge Florida: Cost  $$-$$$

This is the mecca for kids to burn off all that built up energy. Its in the name! With over 60,000 square foot indoor facility that includes: Indoor Electric Go Karts, Axe Throwing, Laser Tag, Elevated Ropes Course, Arcade, Ninja Warrior Course and much more. Weekend costs are listed and it’s cheaper on the weekdays. Be careful if you’re planning on going on the weekend, so is everyone else.  A little higher than some of our other listings. But a very fun family friendly activity.

A perfect way to show your kids the joys of Florida is to take them on a led water adventure. There are multiple companies out to fulfill all of your water needs. 10.Squid Lips: Cost- Dinner- $-$$

This may not seem like a normal sport for kids, but this hidden gem is worth visiting. Not only for the delicious food, amazing sunset view over the water but for its marine wildlife. This wooden key west themed restaurant has become a regular visit location for locals. With a large, feedable Koi pond at the entrance to the pier and fish feeding wooden pier in the back this is a spot to occupy and feed the children at the same time.

9. Westgate Cocoa beach Pier: Cost 0-$$$

Pay for parking and to make it all the way to the end is $2/ person. 

 Besides parking this is a great location to take the family. Pay the additional $2 to stand 800 feet over the Atlantic ocean at rikki tiki tavern. Then get some food to go and relax on the beach. Use 1click concierge to fulfill any of the items you forgot to bring, towels, umbrellas etc. Then if you are feeling up for it take some surfing lessons with Cocoa Beach surf school.
