Departing privately from Cape Crossing Marina, home to the largest tiki bar and restaurant in Brevard County, cruise east toward the scenic Banana River Lagoon, which separates Merritt Island from Cocoa Beach, while enjoying the comfort and flexibility of your own private charter.
Travel just south of the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge as you explore one of Florida’s most diverse ecosystems, home to dolphins, manatees, native birds, and breathtaking waterfront scenery. Bring your favorite beverages — we’re BYOB — and enjoy complimentary water and ice while relaxing to music through our Bluetooth sound system.
Throughout the journey, your knowledgeable licensed captain will provide local insight, share fascinating history, guide you through hidden scenic areas, and help you spot incredible wildlife along the way. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, spending time with family and friends, or simply looking for a peaceful escape on the water, this private experience is designed to create unforgettable memories.
WHAT TO BRING
- Wear casual clothes such as shorts, tee-shirts, caps, jackets, flip-flops or water shoes (please no high heels) and most importantly don’t forget your sunglasses!
- A camera to capture all the sights along the way
- Sunscreen
- Cooler and snacks
- Beer/wine, if you wish. Please no glass bottles or hard alcohol.

Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable sailing and motor boating experience, from our customer’s first two-hours, charter boat cruise to their buying and learning to operate the boat of their dreams, while we protect the Eco-system of the waters and land bases on which we operate and have fun doing it! This is a weather permitting activity. As we are outside on the water, safety is our first concern! If your trip happens to be cancelled due to weather related issues, we will notify you ASAP by phone or email. There is no fee to reschedule if we issue a Captain cancellation.
Gratuity for the crew is always appreciated if your trip was fantastic. Just as you would tip your bartender or wait staff, our crew is part of the hospitality industry. 20% of your ticket price is appreciated.
Food and drinks are welcome aboard, but no glass or liquor allowed.

As the animals we encounter are wild and untrained, we can never guarantee wildlife sightings.
Please Note: All marine mammals in the wild, including dolphins and manatees, are a protected species. It is illegal to pet, feed, or entice them per the Marine Mammal Protection Act. We are there to observe these animals in their natural habitats and to not disturb them.

Is there a bathroom on board?
- Our Cocoa Beach Vessel DOES NOT have a bathroom, but our Melbourne Vessel DOES.
Do we get out and swim?
- Swimming is not allowed since water has gators and sharks.
What if it rains?
- This is a weather permitting activity. As we are outside on the water, safety is our first concern! If your trip happens to be cancelled due to weather related issues, we will notify you ASAP by phone or email. There is no fee to reschedule if we issue a Captain cancellation.
How many people can fit on the boat?
- Up to 6 Guests of all ages per vessel
Can we drink on board?
- We allow you to bring your own beverages on board, we just ask that there is no glass.

Cancellations due to weather will be prorated, and the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 72 hours (3 days) prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients with less than 72 hours (3 days) to their reserved activity are non-refundable.
Guests canceling their public tour reservations 24 hours or more prior to departure are eligible to receive a full refund or can elect to re-book the tour on another date based on availability.
Guests canceling their public tour reservations less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment.
Payment details: Reservations are required, and all payments must be made before your reservation date, so we can secure your spot and send your tickets. Visa/MasterCard/AMEX Accepted.

No call, no show – You forfeit your payment.
If you don’t show up at departure time, your tickets will be considered a No Show and forfeit your reservation (this includes vouchers). Please be at the tour location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure, as the boat will leave at the scheduled departure time. If you are running late, please call (Phone number) to notify us, so we do not mark you as a no show.
