Launch date, time, and viewing opportunities are subject to change. Launches can be shut down by technical and mechanical issues as well as range operations and weather, either in advance or at the last minute. All sales are final on our launch tours due to the limited nature of the tickets.

NO REFUNDS.

If the launch is scrubbed prior to departure( getting underway), all boarding passes are transferable. If the date is altered we will do our best to accommodate our guests for the next scheduled launch. In the event the launch is scrubbed after we leave the dock your ticket is no longer transferable. We will still offer an amazing 2 hour tour! Sadly we are not associated with any space industry companies so have no connection or control over launch.

BOARDING TIME.

We will begin boarding prior to the official launch time. We will depart the dock with enough time to witness the launch.
